2. What data do we process?

This site has no membership system, no order form and no online payment. The only data processed is:

Information you share when you contact us: when you send an appointment request by phone or WhatsApp, your name, your phone number and the details of your request.
Technical records: access logs kept automatically by the server hosting the site (IP address, browser information, time of visit). These records are kept for security and error tracking.

3. For what purpose do we process it?

To receive, schedule and respond to your appointment requests,
To answer your questions and give information about our services,
To maintain the technical security and continuity of the site.

Your data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

This site uses no advertising or profiling cookies. No cookie that is not required for the page to work is placed on first load. The Google Maps window shown on the site may place Google's own cookies when the map loads; that is subject to Google's own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings.

5. Contact via WhatsApp

When you click the WhatsApp link on the site, the conversation runs through the WhatsApp application. The content and retention of that conversation are subject to WhatsApp's own terms. We use the appointment details you send us only to schedule your appointment.

6. Retention period

Records relating to appointment communication are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet the burden of proof in a possible dispute; at the end of that period they are deleted or anonymised. Server access logs are kept only for as long as is technically necessary.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose, to request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request its erasure or destruction, and to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
